Overview


Fees for public records are set out in the City's most current Fees Resolution.

In-house copying of City Documents is $.15 per page/side.  In-house copying of City documents to pdf when the original document is not in electronic format is $.10 per page/side.  Electronic files or attachments uploaded to e-mail, cloud-based data storage service or other means of electronic delivery is $.05 per each four electronic files or attachments.  Transmission of public records in an electronic format or for the use of agency equipment to send the records electronically is $.10 per gigabyte.

Copy charges for nonstandard pages or other media are actual charges, and are in the City’s Fees Resolution, available on this website, or which the city clerk can provide. In addition to these fees, each department may establish fees for records that do not fall into one of the categories.

Payments may be made by cash, check, or money order payable to “City of Lake Stevens” or by credit card.
