All Employees:
The City offers Regence HealthFirst 250, Regence High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP), Kaiser $200 Deductible, and Kaiser High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP). The City pays 100% of the premiums for employees and 90% for dependents/qualified domestic partners.Dental
Non-Represented Employees and Police Guild Employees:
The City offers Washington Dental Service (dental and orthodontia) and Willamette Dental. The City pays 100% of the premiums for employees and 90% for dependents/qualified domestic partners.
Teamster's Represented Employees:
The City offers Washington Teamster's Welfare Trust Dental Plan A. The City pays 100% of the premiums for employees, and a portion for dependents/qualified domestic partners.Vision

The City offers Vision Service Plan. The City pays 100% of the premiums for employees and dependents/qualified domestic partners.Teamster's Represented Employees:
The City offers Washington Teamster's Welfare Trust Vision Plan EXT. The City pays 100% of the premiums for both employees and dependents/qualified domestic partners.Employee Assistance Program
The City offers an Employee Assistance Program (EAP). The EAP provides confidential assistance to employees and anyone living in their household. The City pays 100% of the premiums.
Health Savings Account (HSA)
Employees participating in a High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP) receive a contribution to their HSA, and have the option to contribute make additional pre-tax contributions directly from their salary.
Dual Coverage Medical Incentive/VEBA
An employee who elects not to enroll in the city's medical plan, or whose family members choose not to enroll, may be eligible for a VEBA contribution.
Supplemental Insurance
Supplemental insurance plans including life insurance, short-term disability and supplemental dental insurance are available. Many of the plans feature pre-taxable benefits. Health Savings Account (HSA)
