Arts Commission


Public art in the City of Lake Stevens enriches our quality of life. The Lake Stevens City Council established the Arts Commission in July 1996 to advise the Council on the Municipal Arts Fund, and to make recommendations regarding the selection and acquisition of public artwork. If art makes a difference in your life, and you want to share that passion with the community, then consider joining the Arts Commission. The Commission meets the second and fourth Wednesday of each month at 6:30 p.m. at the Visitor Information Center, located at Lundeen Park. If art is your passion, review the position description and submit a completed application to be considered.  The City accepts applications on an ongoing basis.
